Five years, six assignments, six continents, and countless deliveries later, we discovered that our similarities produce a leadership style that motivates people around us, while our differences form a well-rounded combination that drives results. We share vision, relentless commitment to our customers, mastery in our craft, passion for teaching others, cross-cultural understanding, and the ability to not take ourselves too seriously. Our individual strengths combine into the complete package – my talent for analytical strategy and organizational structure wrapped around Lawrence’s operational expertise and entrepreneurial spirit.
Before January of 2012, I could not pin-point Malaysia on a map, nor locate the destination of my run in the corporate rat race. By the end of the month, this private school educated, American girl was seated in a conference room in Kuala Lumpur, when Lawrence, a self-made, Malaysian-Indian walked in and our journey to KANLA SOLUTIONS began.
